The following are extracts from letters received from readers of Headhunter.
"Headhunter was superb! It's as though Mr. Curran had a few tours of duty of his own under his belt, very well researched and a very suspenseful piece. Has hooked me into buying one or two of his novels..."

HEADHUNTER by Tim Curran is an excellent story. Curran is a good writer and you've chosen a great tale for your first chapbook. Good artwork as well. I hope to see more chapbooks in the future."
M McAuliffe - Australia
"Read Headhunter this weekend. It's one gripping novella. The suspense was excellent and the characterization top-notch. I had actually suspected the Devil That Hunts Heads to be some sort of manifestation from the war itself - surprise, surprise. . . . I was actually scared to look out the window for a while after I finished it. . . . All in all, a good tale, and most importantly, an enjoyable read.

"Jesus H Christ, James! That was one awful mag. Hated it! Had to scan and skip to get through it and the ending was blah! I always need a character to empathise with....none there or the second story! I read for entertainment and full on gore and crap is not my style. That author must be one sick character!"
Upon clarification:
"Yes, it describes the hell of war - too well - and that is an attraction to some."
L.M - Australia
